As a recognition of his humanistic and humanitarian activities, Peter Mandjoukov received the “Humanity“ award, as well as honorary diplomas from a number of Bulgarian and international governmental and non-governmental organizations.

On 06 December 2007 Peter Mandjoukov was awarded the “Order of Gratitude for Charity” and registered with the “Golden European Book of Corporate Donors” for his significant support of the cause of providing equal opportunities to people in unequal position.

And since 10 December 2007 the Children’s Department of the Mental Studies Centre is named after him.

Due to his generosity and humanity, on 25.01.2008  Petar Mandjoukov received the well-deserved title “Goodwill Ambassador of the Movement of People with Disabilities“ from Jim Ramstad, a Congressman from the US House of Representatives.

 For his exceptional merits and contributions to the development of the Republic of Bulgria’s international relations, and with regard to his 60th Anniversary, Peter Mandjoukov received the highest order of the Republic of Bulgaria – Stara Planina – 1st Degree, by Decree No. 228 of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria and by decision of the Council of Ministers.

For his enormous charity distributions of eternal value and significant for the city and the municipality, by Decision No. 431 of the Municipal Council, made according to Minutes No. 18 of 25.10.2012, Peter Mandjoukov was awarded the title Honorary Citizen of Plovdiv.

The Bulgarian Academy of Science’s Chairman – Acad. Stefan Vodenicharov handed to Peter Mandjoukov the Chairman’s Distinguishing Sign, a Diploma and a Donation Certificate, for his support to the scientific work in the area of Thracian studies.
